[b]Registration and payment of the Registration fee, by personal check, cash. or money order. The Registration fee is fully refundable, less a $20.00 handling fee if you cancel 5 business days prior to the event. If no notification is received, no part of the registration fees will be refunded. Should the event be cancelled, all fees will be refunded. Registration and fees can be transferred within events allowing flexibility to meet last minute work needs. Paid fees are good for 1 year from the initial date they were received. A minimum numbers of registrations required so early registration is encouraged. Substitutions are allowed.
